  • Student in business, finance, real estate, law or architecture.
  •  Ability to work independently
  •  Excellent MS-Office skills
  • Business English & Spanish is MANDATORY (written and spoken); any further language skills are an advantage
  • Very good analytical skills
  •  Interest in an international working environment

Le vostre responsabilità:

Responsibilities

  •  Support the transactions and asset management team in their regular activity.
  • Acquisition and selling processes.
  • Analysis and presentation of deals.
  • Preparation of presentations for new deals or products.
  • Asset Management reporting.
  • Analysis and presentations to assist the asset management decision making.
  • Support and involvement on the ESG strategy implementation
  • Support and coordination with the property managers on their reporting tasks.
  • Support the whole team on the office administration.
