:

You will be working as an Industrial Engineer in our plant in Navalmoral de la Mata during a period of 1 year, in order to evolve to an Industrial Engineer Position in one of our plants in an International location, as the next step of your career within Maxam.

You will participate in the manufacturing process of the Maxam-designed trucks that will be sent onsite in the Manufacturing Plants or Mines, and you will work closely with the Plant manager.


Compétences requises - (publication d'offre):

Industrial Engineer (Mechanics, electricity, process) with 2 or 3 years of experience working in an industrial Plant.

Fluent Spanish, English B2/C1

As an Industrial Engineer, your skills in Mechanics, electricity, manufacturing are important for this role

  • Maintaining a safe and clean work area and complying with H&S policies.
  • Assist on the Manufacturing and delivering products, ensuring correct quality control.
  • Stock management.
  • Distributing the onsite work for crew members.
  • Assist on the supervision of the manufacture and delivery of trucks.
  • Ensuring the production plan is executed daily
  • Assist on distributing the onsite work for all crew members.
  • Participating in the process improvements in the plant, as well as commissionning
  • Reporting and control.
  • Support the Plant Manager on Plant needs.
  • Support the team on special projects
  • Safety Focus
