This role focuses on driving compliance, improving safety performance, and supporting local teams through audits, risk assessments, and on-site coordination.


Compétences requises - (publication d'offre):

  • Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or similar) + Master’s in OHS.
  • 8+ years’ experience in OHS leadership within industrial sectors.
  • Strong background in process safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, and risk management.
  • Skilled in audits, investigations, and safety improvement planning.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
  • Availability to travel

Vos responsabilités - (publication d'offre):

  • Lead audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with legal and internal standards.
  • Monitor and report on key safety indicators; analyze trends and propose improvements.
  • Support operational teams in integrating OHS requirements into procedures and day-to-day activities.
  • Coordinate employee training on safety protocols, especially those involving complex or high-risk tasks.
  • Collaborate on new projects, ensuring safety risks are assessed and controlled from planning to handover.
  • Promote process and industrial safety in coordination with Engineering and R&D teams.
