As an Operations Support in central Europe, you will take ownership of our customers’ needs, ensuring that their charging infrastructure operates seamlessly and effectively supports their critical business operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of service and customer satisfaction. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will primarily perform troubleshooting, coordinate preventive maintenance, software upgrades, and repairs, as well as oversee commissioning activities from a distance. This involves taking calls from customers, managing and directing activities across various locations within your region through remote tools and communication and do visits to the customers for training, support and problem solving. Your ability to effectively coordinate these tasks ensures that all operations are streamlined and that our customers experience maximum uptime and reliable service. 

Habilidades requeridas:

• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service. 
• Technical knowledge and practical experience in renewable energy and e-Mobility. 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with motivation and proactive attitude. 
• Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight stays. 
• Fluency in English, German and Dutch, French is a plus 
• Possession of a valid driver’s license. 

Good to have: 
• Interest in logistics and electric transport. 
• Experience as a technician in electrical engineering, preferably with field-based experience is meritable. 
• Familiarity with Low- and Medium-Voltage electrical systems; High Voltage experience is advantageous. 

Tus responsabilidades:

• Act as the first point of contact to customers if problems arise. 
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis, both remotely via phone and email. 
• Analyze recurring issues and provide feedback to the product management teams. 
• Coordinate all activities at customer site, including booking of technical onsite repairs and arranging spare part deliveries 
• Document all activities taken in the supporting system. 
• Coordinate technical activities related to commissioning, repair, and maintenance of customer’s charging infrastructure. 
• Perform onsite handover of charging solutions, including customer training.
