: Join our team and take charge of advancing the electrification of transports as a Deployment Manager. In this role, you will lead the deployment of charging infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. Erforderliche Kenntnisse: An experienced Deployment Manager in Southern Sweden with a minimum of 3 years in end-to-end project management of complex construction projects. You should have exceptional communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Fluency in English and the country-specific language is required, along with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to driving impactful change. Flexibility to travel on average 40% is necessary.

Keine Antwort: • Provide technical support to the Charging solution sales team during the conversations and negotiations with potential customers 

• Provide budgetary cost estimations from site assessments at the customer 
• Responsible for the selection and contracting of subcontractors (Civil works, electrical installers, etc.) 
• Responsible for the deployment related parts in the sales quote to the customer 
• Responsible for the design and assuring construction permits if needed 
• Oversee onsite constructions, visit construction sites and coordinate and direct subcontractors
• Report to internal and external stakeholders on progress, costs, and performance of installation projects 
• If necessary, manage dialogue with grid-operators to ensure necessary grid connection/capacity 
• Ensure projects are delivered cost effectively within agreed timeline 
• Identify potential roadblocks and provide creative solutions to overcome those 
• Manage handover to “Service and operations” and “Customer Success team” after completed project 
• Documentation of project according to guidelines and added to system for “aftermarket” support
