As a Data & BI Operations Manager.  You will be responsible for the successful management of business intelligence information across Majorel by promoting  data definition, data governance and data quality across Operations, Human Resources, Finance and Sales departments.​ You will be reporting to Senior Manager Global Data Warehouse & BI. You will be cooperating with:

Main responsibilities: 

  • Devise a sustainable data strategy that will enable a solid data structure and framework while having high data-quality as one of the foremost priorities​
  • Supervise the definition, implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Data Dictionary across multiple internal business partners both Global and Regional​
  • Supervise the implementation and maintenance of the Global Master Data Management solution​
  • Supervise the definition, implementation and maintenance of Data Quality Processes across all subsidiaries​
  • Promote and ensure the compliance to Majorel Data Governance Model.​
  • Define and manage the Global Security Model for compliant data consumption and analysis​
  • Manage, mentor, motivate and build a team of Project Managers and Business Leaders to drive excellence in data definition, data management and data quality processes.​
  • Lead and coordinates project managers across multiple key business initiatives to ensure projects stay on schedule and budgets
