You will be working as an Industrial Engineer in our plant to be trained to our products and processes, in order to evolve to an Industrial Engineer Position for one of our plants in an International location, as the next step of your career within Maxam. You will participate in the manufacturing process of the Maxam designed products that will be sent onsite in the Manufacturing Plants or Mines, and you will work closely with the Plant manager.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
As an Industrial Engineer with 1 or two years of experience in a Plant, your skills in Mechanics, electricity, manufacturing are important for this role Maintaining a safe and clean work area and complying with H&S policies. Participating in the process improvements in the plant, as well as commissionning Safety Focus
Assist on the Manufacturing and delivering products, ensuring correct quality control.
Stock management.
Distributing the onsite work for crew members.
Assist on the supervision of the manufacture and delivery of trucks.
Ensuring the production plan is executed daily
Assist on distributing the onsite work for all crew members.
Reporting and control.
Support the Plant Manager on Plant needs.
Support the team on special projects
