If you are a Chemical Engineer with up to 3 year’s experience, involved in R&D projects to innovate in explosive manufacturing products, collaborating in process design and optimization, and you are motivated by an International career, this opportunity is for you!

After a 2-3 week training, you will visit Mines all over the world (65% of your time travelling)

You will be in charge of applying chemical engineering principles to optimize, and ensure the safety and efficiency of processes related to the manufacture and handling of explosive materials.

This includes conducting research and development activity under supervision of R&D Department, managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within the company.


Benodigde skills:

  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and requirements in a dynamic work environment.
  • Total availability to travel around the world and stay in subsidiaries or operations (mine sites), with No Initial Geographical Limitations. 60% abroad.
  • Quickly adjust to new processes, technologies, and work environments.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Overall, responsibility to assist on several related works of blasting and overall site operations include:

  • Improve processes for safe manufacture and handling of explosives
  • Comply with safety and environmental regulations
  • Conduct Quality Tests and audits
  • Maintain documentation, asses risks and prepare reports
  • Collaborate with R&D Department on new developments
  • Comply with Safety Regulations
