A leading defense organization is looking for an Integration Team Lead for our Radar Systems unit.

If you are an engineer with a passion for integrating complex systems and want to lead integration and testing processes from a single module all the way to a complete radar system, this is your opportunity to take part in innovative and meaningful defense work with real impact.

Tus responsabilidades

• Define test and integration processes for hardware, software, firmware, mechanical, and RF modules into a complete radar system
• Lead field trials in Israel and abroad
• Establish and maintain a lab and infrastructure for system-level integrations

Habilidades requeridas

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in integration and testing of complex systems involving microwave, hardware, firmware, and software
• Proven experience in building system-level test plans
• Experience in establishing and operating an advanced development and integration lab – advantage
• Proven experience leading technical and/or system integration teams
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English
• Willingness to travel abroad
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
