In your role you will Grow the category with Category Management levers. Develop Brand Plan down to the Category and sub-channel. You will create the Perfect Store Implementation: Linear, Second Exposure, ROI visibility, Assortment,... and you will be responsible of monitoring KPIs and category projects

Some of the things you will do are:

  • Build Category Management basics:
    • Category Trends
    • Shopper Insights
    • Category Development (GPC, Formats roles, Innovation, identify consumer needs, Competition Knowledge)
    • Planogramming Guidelines

  • Develop Perfect Store Implementation to ensure Sales execution
  • Assortment Prioritization per subchannel
  • ROI of PoS Implementations
  • Launches coworking with brands
  • On Shelf Stocks Control
  • T2T presentation
  • RGM Levers coworking: Price & PPA
  • Deep dive Sell-Out Analysis (Nielsen) & Shopper Analysis (Kantar)
    • Reports & Presentations
    • Data interpretation
    • Market Opps (Category & subchannels level)
    • Catman al maximum detail

Required skills:

>3 years managing Category Management PoV projects

- High level of English

Project management to develop the Top Line through Categories

High knowledge of Market, Customers and POS

Very high analytical level (Nielsen, Kantar, Internal and External Sales sources, excel, ppt)
